Diamony works with the best freight and logistic companies worldwide to satisfy our customers ASAP.

We usually ship orders within 24 hours excluding weekends, on peak periods there may be one day delay.

As soon as your product leaves our warhorse we will email you shipping confirmation with a link to track your order.

International orders are shipped be FedEx, International courier usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping rates vary according to destination. You can review rates at checkout before placing your order.

The order may ship in multiple packages.

Additional taxes and duties may be required to be paid before releasing orders from customs, depending on different countries. Taxes and duties included are not included in the price at checkout. Diamony is not liable for refunding or reimbursing customs that are charged and controlled by the country of import.

Signature is required for all deliveries by FedEx. If you are not around FedEx will coordinate with you directly to plan delivering your order.

 

Diamony International SAL online Return Policy 

Our customer’s satisfaction is our aim and our concern is to make you happy.

We hope that you will love the items you purchased but if for any reason you are unsatisfied we will be glad to accept back your items within 15 days of the delivery date.

Diamony guarantees all its styles to be free from damage or manufacturer defect. Our quality control team inspects every style thoroughly before packing it.

All Diamony items are photographed from different angles and much effort has made to show the real color of the item. What you see is what you get.

Your responsibility is to choose the right size. In order to avoid the hassle of return, please refer to the Size Chart before ordering

 

What products can be returned?

Any items purchased online may be returned. You can return:

  • Pajamas
  • Robes
  • Gowns
  • Chemises
  • Sleepshirts
  • Caftans
  • Kimonos
  • Lingerie Sets
  • Shorts
  • Pants
  • Scarves

 

What products cannot be returned?

Due to health regulations and hygiene reasons the following items are not returnable or exchangeable:

  • Swimsuits
  • Underwear
  • Hosiery
  • Gift Cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash.

 

Return Policy Guidelines

You can return any item purchased online within 5 days of receipt for a refund of that item.

Returned items must be in their original condition, not washed or damaged, must have all tags plus the brand tag and returned in Diamony original packaging.  Sewn-in garment tag should not been cut or removed. All goods will be inspected on return by Diamony Customer Service who will determine if the returned style has been soiled, if soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or for merchandise credit. Diamony will not send back the order and will have to damage it.

 

Defected Items

If you received faulty or damaged item by any chance, please email our customer care team at [email protected] within 5 days of delivery. Please specify your purchase order number, date, your name & address and the reason for return. Please specify whether you require refund or a replacement. Our customer care team will advise you how to proceed with the return.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items purchased past the 5 day return policy.
  • Items purchased using 20% Sale code or above.
  • Swimsuites, Underwear, Hosiery (Due to health regulations and hygiene reasons)
  • Items where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed
  • Original shipping, customs taxes and handling fees are not refundable.
  • Orders placed online cannot be returned to our retail shops.
  • Orders placed at retail shops cannot be returned online.
  • Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash 

 

Additional Return Policy Guidelines:

  • You can reuse Diamony original packaging after removing outside labels.
  • Package your item(s) plus the packing slip that came with your order(s).
  • If you lost packing slip, print your Order Confirmation email and insert in the box.
  • You can reuse Diamony original packaging after removing the labels.
  • Choose a prepaid, insured and traceable delivery service.
  • Cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility. No COD.
  • Return shipping & insurance are not refunded
  • Customs charges incurred for returns will be billed to the customer.

Once we receive your package, return department we will process your return. Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be received, inspected and processed. We will email you a confirmation once your return has been processed and you will get your refund normally within 72 hours.
